This acquisition, reported by ESPN's Jeff Passan, involves the Diamondbacks sending right-handed pitcher Slade Cecconi and a competitive balance Round B draft pick to Cleveland.
Last season, Naylor showcased his power with a .243 batting average, hitting 31 home runs and driving in 108 runs for the Guardians, who finished with a record of 92-69.
