During a recent game against the Chicago White Sox, Guardians pitcher Ben Lively exited after being hit on the leg by a line drive from Dominic Fletcher in the second inning.

Despite the injury, Lively managed to walk off the field with some assistance and was diagnosed with a right thigh contusion. He had performed well before the incident, with two strikeouts and no runs allowed in two innings of work.
