The 30-year-old Scott, a first-time All-Star in 2023, produced a remarkable 1.75 ERA, with 22 saves in 24 chances during the season, and has an overall track record of 31-24 and 55 saves throughout his career with multiple teams.
Alongside Scott's signing, the Dodgers have extended contracts for utilityman Tommy Edman and outfielder Teoscar Hernández, with commitments of $74 million over five years and $66 million over three years, respectively. In addition, pitcher Blake Treinen has signed a two-year deal worth $22 million. Other notable signings include Blake Snell, Michael Conforto, and Hyeseong Kim, bringing a combination of experience and talent to the roster.
