Brice Turang drove in the only run needed in Milwaukee Brewers' 1-0 shutout of the Chicago Cubs. Trevor Megill got his 20th save and Elvis Peguero was the winning pitcher. Jameson Taillon had a solid performance for Cubs but wasn't enough.

Colin Rea pitched well for Brewers, and Christian Yelich left the game with back tightness. Koenig faced some challenges in the eighth inning but stayed in the game. Nico Hoerner had two hits for the Cubs.
