The Seattle Mariners have welcomed back shortstop J.P. Crawford after his brief stint on the injured list. He had been recovering from a right hand fracture incurred in late July.

Crawford's performance has been below expectations this season compared to his strong showing in 2023.

Outfielder Dominic Canzone has been sent to Triple-A Tacoma following a challenging season compounded by injuries.
