The Texas Rangers continue to refine their roster as they prepare for the upcoming season, recently optioning right-hander Daniel Robert to Triple-A Round Rock. Robert, who made a brief MLB debut last year, struggled significantly during spring training, registering an ERA of 10.13 over four appearances.

Despite this, Robert remains an option for in-season call-ups due to his ability to pitch multiple innings. With a bullpen populated by veteran talent, he needed a standout performance to secure a spot on the roster. As of now, the Rangers maintain a large camp with 48 players still vying for limited spots.
