Davis has been out since a standout debut on February 8 due to a left adductor strain, while Gafford has not played since sustaining a right knee sprain on February 10. Lively, who has been sidelined since January 14, was initially diagnosed with a right ankle sprain, but further examination revealed a stress fracture.

NBA insider Marc Stein reported that Gafford and Lively will engage in 3-on-3 drills during their time with the Legends, while Davis is expected to be more involved in 5-on-5 sessions. This is not the first time Davis has trained with the Legends, highlighting the team's commitment to facilitating his return.
