In a roster move, the Warriors have assigned forward Gui Santos to their G League affiliate, the Santa Cruz Warriors, to gain more playing time. Santos has shown promise in the G League, averaging 13.7 points and 6.7 rebounds over his time there.

Despite his potential, the Warriors' deep rotation leaves no space for him at the NBA level for now.
