Bryce James, the son of NBA superstar LeBron James, has officially committed to play basketball at the University of Arizona. The announcement was made via Instagram, where LeBron expressed his pride, saying, 'CONGRATULATIONS MAXIMUS!! SO PROUD OF YOU!!'
At 6-foot-4 and playing as a shooting guard, Bryce is recognized as a four-star prospect from Sierra Canyon High School in California. His commitment marks him as the second of LeBron's sons to compete in Division I basketball, following Bronny James, who played one season at USC before being drafted by the Los Angeles Lakers.
In addition to his impressive lineage, Bryce has been invited to the USA Basketball under-17 national team training camp, showcasing his potential on a national level. He joins five-star recruit Dwayne Aristode in Arizona's 2025 recruiting class, under the guidance of coach Tommy Lloyd.
