Bryce James, the son of NBA superstar LeBron James, has announced his commitment to play basketball at the University of Arizona. The announcement came via his Instagram account, eliciting a proud reaction from his father, who congratulated him with an enthusiastic message.
This marks a significant milestone for Bryce, who will follow in the footsteps of his older brother, Bronny James, who previously played at USC before entering the professional ranks. The two brothers have made history, with Bronny being drafted by the Los Angeles Lakers, allowing them to become the first father-son duo to compete together in an NBA game.
Standing at 6-foot-4, Bryce is a shooting guard and is recognized as a four-star recruit from Sierra Canyon High School in California. His talent was further acknowledged when he received an invitation to the USA Basketball under-17 national team training camp this summer. Bryce is now the second addition to Arizona's 2025 recruiting class, joining five-star recruit Dwayne Aristode.
