The Portland Trail Blazers have finalized their roster by cutting point guard Devonte' Graham, who had a non-guaranteed contract. This decision leaves them with the maximum of 15 standard contracts.

Graham struggled during the preseason, averaging only 1.0 points in 13.2 minutes per game, which contrasted sharply with his career averages. In contrast, Dalano Banton, who remains with the team, has shown promise with solid preseason performances.

Banton's contract has a partial guarantee, and if he remains on the roster through January 2025, he will earn the full amount of his deal.
