The Sacramento Kings have acquired guard DeMar DeRozan in a sign-and-trade deal involving forward Harrison Barnes to the San Antonio Spurs. The Kings also traded guard Chris Duarte and draft picks to the Chicago Bulls. DeRozan joins Kings' lineup with Fox, Sabonis, and Murray.

DeRozan comes off an impressive run with the Bulls, making the All-Star team. He traveled to Sacramento to meet with officials and coach Mike Brown. The Spurs add Barnes alongside Chris Paul and Victor Wembanyama as part of the trade.
