Trevor Zegras of the Anaheim Ducks will be sidelined for six weeks following surgery to repair a torn meniscus in his right knee. The injury occurred during a game against the Vegas Golden Knights, where a minor collision led to his fall.
This marks Zegras' third significant injury in just over a year, having previously dealt with a broken ankle. Despite the setback, the torn meniscus is seen as a less severe outcome than it could have been.
Currently, Zegras has recorded four goals and six assists in 24 games this season.
