Hampus Lindholm of the Boston Bruins is expected to miss several weeks due to a lower-body injury sustained during a recent game against the St. Louis Blues. The injury occurred while blocking a shot from Justin Faulk.
This season, Lindholm has contributed three goals and four assists in 17 games. A former All-Star, he has accumulated 313 points over his career, playing for both the Bruins and the Anaheim Ducks.
The Bruins are already facing challenges on defense, as Andrew Peeke is also dealing with an upper-body injury.
