Both players are currently day-to-day but could potentially return for Saturday's matchup against the Philadelphia Flyers. Thompson is sidelined due to a lower-body injury, while Luukkonen is dealing with a minor ailment. Devon Levi is set to start in goal, with James Reimer backing him up after being claimed off waivers.
