Cole Schwindt has signed a one-year, two-way contract with an average annual value of $800,000. The 23-year-old centre made his Flames debut last season, appearing in four games, and he recorded 14 goals and 22 assists in 66 regular-season games with the Calgary Wranglers. In the playoffs, he led his team with four goals, including one game-winning goal. Schwindt was acquired by Calgary in July 2022 as part of the trade that sent Matthew Tkachuk to the Panthers.
