Recently, several former Minnesota Wild players have found themselves on waivers, including Tyson Jost, who was recently placed on waivers by the Carolina Hurricanes.
Jost, who is 26 years old, was initially acquired by the Wild in a trade involving Nico Sturm from the Colorado Avalanche. He had a brief stint with the Wild, scoring two goals and six points in 21 games, followed by a scoreless 12-game season.
After being claimed by the Buffalo Sabres, he played two seasons there before signing a one-year contract with the Hurricanes, only to be placed on waivers again.
