Thompson's week began with a shutout against the Anaheim Ducks, followed by another shutout against the Ottawa Senators, before allowing a single goal in a commanding win over the Pittsburgh Penguins. His shutout streak reached 198 minutes and 22 seconds, the third-longest in franchise history.
Filip Forsberg led all players with seven points in three games, including a standout four-point effort in a decisive win over the Minnesota Wild. David Pastrnak also made his mark, tallying three points in each of his two games, finishing the week with a total of two goals and four assists.
