The Ottawa Senators have signed forward Jamieson Rees to a one-year contract extension worth $775,000 in the NHL and $85,000 in the AHL. Rees was acquired from Carolina in March, has had four assists in 14 games with the Belleville Senators, and a combined seven assists in 51 AHL games. He has a total of 88 points in 206 career AHL games and was part of a Calder Cup-winning team in 2022 with the Chicago Wolves.
