The Philadelphia Flyers have made further cuts to their training camp roster, announcing the release of eight players. Among those placed on waivers are Ronnie Attard, Louie Belpedio, and Rhett Gardner, who will join the Lehigh Valley Phantoms if they clear.

Additionally, JR Avon, Elliot Desnoyers, and Massimo Rizzo have been assigned to the Phantoms, while Brendan Furry and Jacob Gaucher have returned to the AHL affiliate. As the regular season approaches, more roster decisions are expected from the Flyers.
