The Edmonton Oilers have made a strategic move by acquiring defenseman Ronnie Attard from the Philadelphia Flyers, trading away Ben Gleason in the process.
Attard, who has played seven games for the AHL's Lehigh Valley Phantoms this season, boasts an impressive AHL career with 22 goals and 37 assists over 123 games. He was a third-round pick in the 2019 NHL Draft and has also made appearances in the NHL.
Meanwhile, Gleason has been playing for the AHL's Bakersfield Condors, recording one goal and three assists in his recent games.
