Connor Gillispie has signed a one-year contract with the Atlanta Braves, featuring a salary of $820,000 in the majors and $180,000 in the minors. The 27-year-old right-hander made his major league debut with the Cleveland Guardians, where he recorded a 2.25 ERA in three relief appearances. Selected by Baltimore in the 2019 amateur draft, he had a 4.05 ERA in 15 starts and 12 relief appearances for Triple-A Columbus this past season. After being designated for assignment by the Guardians, he chose to become a free agent.
