Edwin Arroyo, a former top prospect for the Seattle Mariners, has been named to the Arizona Fall League All-Star Game while playing for the Cincinnati Reds. This marks his return to action after missing the entire 2024 season due to a shoulder injury.

Arroyo was traded to the Reds in a deal that brought Luis Castillo to Seattle, who has since become an All-Star and helped the Mariners reach the playoffs in 2022. The Mariners have managed to draft promising players to fill the gaps left by Arroyo and Noelvi Marte.
