The Toronto Blue Jays have made roster changes, recalling right-hander Brett de Geus from Triple-A Buffalo and sending reliever Tommy Nance to spring training. De Geus, who was claimed from the Miami Marlins, holds a 0-2 record with a 5.00 ERA in 11 appearances this season. Nance contributed in 20 games for the Blue Jays but ended up with an 0-3 record and a 4.09 ERA.
These transactions come just before the Blue Jays conclude their series against the Boston Red Sox.
