The St. Louis Cardinals rallied to beat the Washington Nationals 7-6 on Friday night after a tying homer by Willson Contreras and a go-ahead run scored by Masyn Winn. Contreras hit a homer in the 9th inning to tie the game before Winn scored the winning run on a passed ball in the 11th inning.
