Joel Embiid will not participate in the upcoming road trip for the Philadelphia 76ers due to increased swelling in his left knee. He is set to be re-evaluated in a week to ten days. Embiid has already missed the last six games due to a sprained foot, contributing to his limited play this season, having appeared in only 13 games thus far.
The 7-foot-2 center has faced multiple injuries this season, including issues with both knees and a right sinus fracture. The 76ers, who currently hold a 15-24 record, will kick off their road trip against the Indiana Pacers this Saturday, followed by games against the Milwaukee Bucks and the Denver Nuggets.
