Bruce Brown's return to the Toronto Raptors will take longer than anticipated as he has been ruled out for the upcoming game against the Miami Heat, following offseason knee surgery.

Toronto is also missing Gradey Dick, Kelly Olynyk, and Immanuel Quickley, prompting a lineup change with rookie Ja'Kobe Walter stepping in as a starter. The Raptors have already been eliminated from the NBA Cup tournament.
