The Los Angeles Lakers have signed center Christian Koloko, a former No. 33 pick in the 2022 NBA Draft, to a two-way contract just ahead of training camp. To accommodate this addition, one of the existing players, possibly Colin Castleton, may be waived.
Koloko had a challenging first season with the Toronto Raptors, battling health issues and averaging modest stats. He brings potential as a defensive asset but must receive clearance from the NBA's Fitness-to-Play panel before joining the Lakers.
