Dylan Holloway, a forward for the St. Louis Blues, suffered a serious injury during a game against the Tampa Bay Lightning, being hit in the neck by a puck late in the first period. After initially finishing his shift, he required assistance from medical staff and was taken off the ice on a stretcher.
Despite the alarming situation, Holloway was reported to be alert and stable after being transported to a local hospital. His teammates expressed concern but managed to refocus and ultimately led the Blues to a 3-2 victory over the Lightning.
