The Houston Astros are set to kick off their unofficial season with the annual FanFest event at Daikin Park this Saturday, running from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event, which costs $2 per person with proceeds benefiting the Astros Foundation, features a variety of activities including fan forums, autograph sessions, and food trucks.
Autograph sessions will include two free opportunities for kids and two paid sessions featuring current players and legends, although the paid sessions are already sold out. Additionally, fans can participate in paid activities such as batting practice and bullpen pitching sessions. The “Family Fun Zone” will offer live music and food trucks, making it a festive environment for all attendees.
