The San Francisco 49ers have signed kicker Anders Carlson to their practice squad as a precautionary measure due to injuries affecting their current kickers, Jake Moody and Matthew Wright.
With Moody dealing with an ankle issue and Wright suffering a shoulder injury, Carlson may be called upon for the upcoming Week 7 game.
