The Atlanta Falcons have placed kicker Younghoe Koo on injured reserve and signed Riley Patterson from the Cleveland Browns' practice squad.

Koo has been dealing with a right hip injury, though it remains unclear if this is the reason for his season-ending move. Coach Raheem Morris noted that Koo experienced some discomfort after the recent win against the Las Vegas Raiders.

Patterson, who has a successful career field goal percentage, was previously signed to the Falcons' practice squad for a game against the Los Angeles Chargers.
