The Baltimore Ravens have made roster moves ahead of their Monday Night Football game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, signing running back Chris Collier and elevating linebacker Kristian Welch from the practice squad.

Collier, who has seen limited action this season, is expected to step up in the return game following the injury of All-Pro return man Deonte Harty. Welch returns to the Ravens after a stint with the Denver Broncos and will look to contribute in his first game back.
