Every NFL offseason is a flurry of activity with big names changing teams, lineups getting shuffled, and surprise trades unfolding. It's hard to determine which teams have actually improved and which players are set to succeed. Until we see new pairings in action, everything is just a projection.
Despite the uncertainty, some teams have already stood out as winners or losers in the offseason. The Cleveland Browns, Houston Texans, Los Angeles Rams, Minnesota Vikings, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers are considered winners. On the other hand, the Arizona Cardinals, Dallas Cowboys, Las Vegas Raiders, Miami Dolphins, and Tennessee Titans are classified as losers.
The rest of the AFC North teams and the Carolina Panthers, Jacksonville Jaguars, Philadelphia Eagles, and Washington Commanders fall into the in-between category, making notable moves but with varying degrees of impact.
