The Denver Broncos have signed 13 players to reserve/future contracts following their exit from the playoffs after a loss to the Buffalo Bills. This move comes as the team looks to reshape its roster for the upcoming offseason.
Among the new signings are offensive guards Nick Gargiulo, Calvin Throckmorton, and Will Sherman, along with tight end Thomas Yassmin. The Broncos also added wide receiver A.T. Perry, defensive lineman Matt Henningsen, nose tackle Jordan Miller, and outside linebacker Andrew Farmer. Inside linebacker K.J. Cloyd, cornerbacks Reese Taylor, and Quinton Newsome, as well as defensive backs Keidron Smith and Tanner McCalister, complete the list of signings.
The newly signed players spent the previous season on the Broncos' practice squad, which positions them for potential roles on the 90-man offseason roster. Some of these players, such as McCalister, have contributed in games during the season, primarily on special teams. The Broncos' front office is preparing for an active offseason as they look to bolster their squad ahead of next year.
