Kwon Alexander has been promoted to the active roster after joining the Broncos in September following a stint with the Steelers, where he recorded 41 total tackles, five tackles-for-loss, two quarterback hits, one sack, an interception, and a forced fumble in nine games. The 30-year-old linebacker, who previously led the NFL in solo tackles in 2016 and made the Pro Bowl in 2017, will provide depth behind starters Cody Barton and Justin Strnad, sharing backup duties with undrafted rookie Levelle Bailey. Alexander's experience and skill set are expected to enhance the Broncos' linebacker corps as he returns to action nearly a year after tearing his Achilles tendon.
