The Denver Broncos are making significant roster moves in preparation for the upcoming season. Running back Samaje Perine and receiver Tim Patrick were both released as the team trimmed their roster to meet league requirements.
Alongside them, several other players including wide receivers Lil’Jordan Humphrey and David Sills, as well as tight end Hunter Kampmoyer, were also let go. Others like linebacker Durell Nchami were waived with an injury designation.
Additionally, linebacker Drew Sanders and safety Delarrin Turner-Yell have been placed on the reserve/physically unable to perform list. Cornerback Damaris Mathis has been injured but is designated for return after Week 4.
