The Texans signed cornerback Kris Boyd, defensive end Mario Edwards, offensive tackle Charlie Heck, and defensive tackle Folorunso Fatukasi. Boyd was previously on the practice squad and joined the roster mid-season.

They also waived cornerback Ka'dar Hollman, who played all 17 games for Houston last season.
