Two misdemeanor warrants have been filed against Kansas City Chiefs defensive lineman Isaiah Buggs in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, for cruelty to dogs in the second degree. Buggs is accused of leaving two malnourished and neglected dogs on a back porch of an abandoned home he rented. The pit bull seized was eventually euthanized.
Chiefs players have been facing legal troubles this offseason. Wide receiver Rashee Rice was arrested for causing a six-car crash and is a suspect in an alleged assault. Offensive linemen Wanya Morris and Chukwuebuka Godrick were also recently arrested in Johnson County, Kansas, on misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
