The Kansas City Chiefs are re-evaluating their running back options after the injury to Isiah Pacheco. They have signed Kareem Hunt, who returns to the team that drafted him in 2017. Hunt, a Pro Bowl running back, has had a turbulent career since being released by the Chiefs in 2018 due to off-field issues.
Having spent the last five seasons with the Cleveland Browns, Hunt’s performance in 2023 includes 411 rushing yards and nine touchdowns. With the Chiefs, he joins a group that includes Samaje Perine and rookie Carson Steele.
