The Philadelphia Eagles have bolstered their wide receiver corps by signing Terrace Marshall Jr. to a one-year deal. Previously with the Carolina Panthers and the Las Vegas Raiders, Marshall, a second-round pick from LSU in 2021, recorded 64 catches for 767 yards and only one touchdown in his first three seasons. After a rocky start in Carolina, he spent time on the practice squads of the San Francisco 49ers and Raiders before seeing limited action on the field.

Joining an Eagles team that features stars A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith, Marshall's role is likely to be that of depth player. Given the Eagles' run-heavy offense and the established targets in the passing game, it seems unlikely that Marshall will carve out a significant role right away.
