The Chargers have extended offers to exclusive rights free agents kicker Cameron Dicker and tackle Foster Sarell. Once they sign, they will not be able to negotiate with other clubs.

Dicker has been solid on field goals and extra points, while Sarell has played in 24 games for the Chargers.
