Cornelius Johnson, a wide receiver formerly with the Los Angeles Chargers, has been signed to the Green Bay Packers' practice squad following his seventh-round selection in the 2024 NFL draft.
This move comes as the Packers cope with injuries to key players, including wide receiver Jayden Reed and running back Josh Jacobs.
Johnson previously had a brief stint on the Chargers' practice squad after being waived in late August. He had a productive college career at Michigan, recording impressive stats and contributing to their College Football Playoff National Championship win.
