The Rams are not tendering three restricted free agents, including inside linebacker Christian Rozeboom, defensive lineman Jonah Williams, and outside linebacker Michael Hoecht, who will hit the free agent market next week. Hoecht stood out with 81 tackles and six sacks last season. Rozeboom contributed with 79 tackles and an interception. Williams recorded 49 tackles and two sacks.
