Houston Texans wide receiver Tank Dell's season has been cut short due to a dislocated left knee and torn ACL sustained during a game against the Kansas City Chiefs. Coach DeMeco Ryans confirmed Dell will undergo surgery, ending any hopes of a late playoff return.
Dell had previously shown promise with 51 catches for 667 yards and three touchdowns this season. This marks his second consecutive year ending on injured reserve, following a fractured fibula last year and a traumatic shooting incident in July.
