The Pittsburgh Steelers have signed former New Orleans Saints wide receiver Shaquan Davis to their practice squad, while releasing inside linebacker Marcus Haynes. Davis, an undrafted free agent in 2023, previously had a stint with the Philadelphia Eagles before returning to the Saints during training camp.

The Steelers are aiming to bolster their wide receiver corps after lackluster performances in their season opener. Davis, along with teammates Quez Watkins, Ben Skowronek, and Brandon Johnson, will have a chance to impress during practice and potentially earn a spot on the active roster.
