Star running back Christian McCaffrey returned to practice but his status for the upcoming game against the Minnesota Vikings remains uncertain due to previous Achilles and calf injuries. If McCaffrey cannot play, Jordan Mason will continue to handle the running back duties after a strong performance against the New York Jets.
