49ers safety Talanoa Hufanga suffered a torn ACL on Nov. 19, undergoing surgery and aiming for the season opener after nine months. He misses his teammates during rehab but understands the importance of patience in the process.

Hufanga had an impressive rookie season in 2021, earning Pro Bowl and All-Pro honors. He is now mentoring younger players on the team as he works towards his return to the field.
