The Tennessee Titans have signed former Cleveland Browns wide receiver James Proche, addressing a pressing need at the wide receiver position. With the departure of Nick Westbrook-Ikhine to Miami, the Titans were thin on the outside opposite Calvin Ridley. Proche, primarily known for his skills as a return specialist, has had limited production in his five seasons, totaling just 28 receptions for 299 yards.

Last season, Proche appeared in 19 games, managing only three catches while averaging nine yards per punt return.
