The Tennessee Titans signed three-time Pro Bowl safety Jamal Adams, formerly of the New York Jets, who was later traded to the Seattle Seahawks. Adams, known for his defensive prowess, suffered injuries throughout his career, including a torn quadriceps tendon in 2022. He recently signed a four-year deal worth up to $70 million with the Seahawks.

The move further enhances the Titans' secondary, with General manager Ran Carthon making significant additions to the team defense. Adams will have the opportunity to work with defensive coordinator Dennard Wilson, his former coach from the Jets.
